Azure architecture

Azure architecture consulting and landing zones

Azure architecture consulting turns your requirements into a secure, maintainable cloud design. We plan landing zones, networking, identity, governance, resilience and cost control using Microsoft's Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption frameworks, then implement the design as code or hand your team a prioritised plan.

Azure architecture services

Landing zones

Subscription structure, management groups and shared services based on the Cloud Adoption Framework, ready for workloads to grow into.

Hub-spoke networking

Virtual networks, VPN and Application Gateway, and Private Endpoints that keep services off the public internet.

Identity and governance

Entra ID, RBAC and Azure Policy, so access and standards are enforced, not just written down.

Resilience and recovery

High availability and disaster recovery designed around how much downtime and data loss your business can accept.

Architecture reviews

An independent Well-Architected review of security, reliability and cost, with prioritised findings and a target design.

Secure AI infrastructure

Azure OpenAI platforms with private connectivity, identity-based access and controlled data flows.

Designed from production experience

Our engineers have designed end-to-end Azure infrastructure for Azure OpenAI services in financial services, and own a production Azure platform with its pipelines, monitoring and databases. That experience shapes the designs: they have to pass compliance reviews and still be workable day to day.

  • ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, plus Azure Administrator Associate
  • 7production AKS clusters across 6 environments, under strict compliance requirements
  • Multi-regioninfrastructure migration delivered in regulated financial services

What is an Azure landing zone?

A landing zone is a prepared Azure environment with subscriptions, networking, identity and policies already in place. Teams can then deploy workloads into it securely, without redesigning those foundations for every new project.

Can you review our existing Azure environment?

Yes. A review usually needs read-only access. You receive prioritised findings on security, reliability and cost, plus a target design, and nothing in your environment changes during the review.

Do you use Bicep or Terraform?

Both. We usually follow what your team already uses. If you have no preference, we recommend one based on your setup, and we can turn hand-built resources into either.

Do you also implement the design?

Yes, if you want us to. The design can stand alone as a plan for your own team, or we can build it as code, go live with you and hand over the documentation.
